I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) with over 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. I earned my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University and have been board certified since 2018.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other cognitive or intellectual disabilities, helping them build meaningful skills and routines across home, school, and community settings.

I founded Brennan Family Behavior Consulting to create a space where families feel heard, professionals feel supported, and real, lasting progress is possible.

My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique strengths and needs. I work closely with families, caregivers, and aspiring BCBAs to promote skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and support greater independence and confidence.

When I’m not working, I enjoy coaching high school wrestling, hiking and camping with my wife and our two dogs (Moses and Indie), and flyfishing whenever I get the chance.
